Step into a deeply nourishing Restorative Sound Bath designed to support your body’s natural ability to heal and release. Mid-September’s astrological and quantum shifts invite us to let go of what no longer serves and step into a more balanced state of being. This sound immersion offers a safe and soothing space for physical renewal, emotional release, and energetic reset.
✨ The frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments create a vibrational field that encourages your nervous system to unwind, your body to let go of stored tension, and your energy to realign.
🌌 No prior experience is necessary. Bring anything and everything that makes you comfortable—yoga mat, blanket, chair, blow-up mattress, pillow, eye mask, or your favorite cozy socks. The more comfortable you are, the deeper your experience will be. There is no such thing as overdoing it!
